This contemporary residence, scheduled to begin construction in 2016, includes a master suite at the entry level with a great room and two additional bedrooms on the floor above. The multiple balconies at the house’s river elevation overlook a sloping boardwalk, native plantings and a boulder seawall. The project’s constricted riverfront site required close coordination with and approvals from the NYS Department of Environmental Conservation (NYSDEC), the US Army Corps of Engineers, the NYS Historic Preservation Office (NYSHPO) & the Village of Piermont.
